Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Lead from the FMCG background for a Sustainable Packaging Startup.
Job Profile:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory, focusing on both primary and secondary target achievement.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure objectives are met.
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of products in the assigned territory.
- Train and develop sales personnel to improve their skills and performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- MBA Marketing
- 6 to 10 Years of FMCG Sales experience
- Proven Leadership experience (Start-up preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and sales principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
