Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Lead from the FMCG background for a Sustainable Packaging Startup.

Job Profile:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory, focusing on both primary and secondary target achievement.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives for the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure objectives are met.
  • Ensure effective distribution and availability of products in the assigned territory.
  • Train and develop sales personnel to improve their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • MBA Marketing
  • 6 to 10 Years of FMCG Sales experience
  • Proven Leadership experience (Start-up preferred)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and sales principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
