Due to the nature of these services, which are intangible and personalized, all fees paid to Netsyscon are non-refundable.

  1. Understanding Our Services:
  • HR Consulting and Recruitment: These services involve strategic advice, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and placement efforts. As these services are based on professional consultation and active recruitment processes, refunds are not applicable.
  • Career Development Services (Resume Building, Career Insights, LinkedIn Profile Boost): These services provide personalized guidance, document preparation, and profile optimization. Due to the individualized nature and immediate delivery of these services, refunds are not offered.
  1. Service Delivery and Client Responsibility:
  • Netsyscon will deliver services as outlined in the agreed-upon service agreement or proposal.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
  • Clients are expected to actively participate and engage in the service delivery process.
  1. Service Modifications and Cancellations:
  • Any modifications to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both Netsyscon and the client.
  • Cancellations of scheduled consultations or service sessions must be communicated within 3 days prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.
  • For recruitment projects, cancellation after a candidate has been presented, or after interviews have been conducted will result in the full fee being payable.
