Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive for a premium, commercial-grade gym infrastructure and diagnostic fitness equipment supplier.
Job Profile:
Promptly respond to inbound enquiries across all digital and phone channels.
Make outbound calls to new and existing leads, ensuring every assigned lead is contacted and tracked.
Qualify leads by gathering key details: facility type, project stage, location, budget, timeline, decision-maker, and equipment needs.
Classify and prioritize leads before handing over qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
Brief prospects before meetings, track attendance, and follow up on quotes and product discussions.
Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to prevent cold leads, and immediately escalate high-intent or urgent enquiries.
Log all interactions, call outcomes, and customer information accurately in the CRM.
Continuously update lead stages, statuses, and follow-up dates to maintain strict CRM hygiene and ensure zero unattended leads.
Lead Generation Executive Requirements:
Any Graduate
Min 1 year experience in Inside/B2B Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or high-ticket sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Fitness equipment, Automotive, Premium consumer goods).
Confident, articulate, and professional phone communicator, highly comfortable with outbound calling.
Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage.
Adept at asking the right questions to uncover customer requirements while remaining persistent but not aggressive.
Highly organized and disciplined with follow-ups, and proficient in using CRM systems.
Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment managed by measurable KPIs.
Eager to learn about the commercial fitness industry and specific fitness equipment.
