We are seeking a Retention Marketing Manager for a D2C Wellness Startup.
Job Profile:
Setup campaigns in marketing automation tools like CleverTap, LimeChat, WA Retention calendars
Automate communication sequences using Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications
Strategy & Execution
Generate revenue through repeat purchases, cross-sell, upsell to online customers
Setup rule-based customer journeys for e-commerce customers
Analytics
Nurture D2C customer base using monthly cohorts analysis
Segment & retain customers using RFM analysis
Intuition & data-driven approach to analyze consumer behavior and drive actions
Analyze transaction data, curate consumer insights to retarget across channels, products
Analyze campaign & website transaction data to build the consumer journey
Retention Marketing Manager Requirements:
2+ years experience in Retention marketing for D2C, ecommerce, digital marketing or analytics companies
Hands on with marketing automation tools like CleverTap, LimeChat, WA Retention calendars
Python experience (preferred)
Deep expertise in customer retention, loyalty, app engagement, repeat purchases (mandatory)
Strong analytical mindset with data driven decision making
Highly savvy with digital tools to drive performance
