Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive (Day Shift) for a premium furnishing brand.
Job Profile:
Handling customer calls and emails, tracking records in excel and portal.
Preparation of sales orders, complaint orders, and sales invoices in the system.
Order processing.
Actively involved in handling Customer Disputes with the Customer Service Team.
Coordination with Dealers, Sales team & production team for dispatch.
Follow up with plant & Supplier regarding the Supply of stock & expected date of the required stock.
Planning Invoicing creation in system, E-Way Bill Generation.
Troubleshooting of all Pan India delivery related issues and handling urgencies by coordinating with courier companies.
Taking care of customers no stock materials follow ups & timely dispatching
Updating all MIS Reports
Updating customers debit notes to account department for smooth functioning of their account.
Co-ordinating with warehouse team for pending order, delay dispatch, error orders, grn of fabrics & urgent deliveries.
Working System – ERP & SAP.
Customer Care Executive Requirements:
Any Under Graduate / Graduate
Min 1 Year experience in Customer Care
Also open to consider smart freshers.
Should be well versed on excel. SAP would be added advantage.
Basic English Communication, fluent in Hindi
