VP Strategy & Implementation (Job Code: NSC000252)

Job Summary

We are seeking a VP Strategy & Implementation for a Global Publishing House.

Job Profile:
Implement various organizational strategies at a granular level across each department.
Work closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure envisioned plans are executed effectively on the ground.
Follow up on action items from bi-monthly meetings, resolve bottlenecks, and manage resource requirements (such as budgets or additional hiring).
Virtually run the company’s operational follow-ups, especially when the executive is traveling.

VP Strategy & Implementation Requirements:

Educational background from top-tier universities (like IIT/IIM) is preferred, though there is flexibility for candidates with the right experience and aptitude.
3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in a prior Chief of Staff, Strategy Associate, or similar operational/strategic role reporting directly to a C-level executive (CEO, COO, or Founder) is strongly preferred.
Can also consider ex-founders who have scaled startups
Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze complex business problems, structure solutions, and model financial or operational outcomes.
Proven ability to effectively manage executive time, triage priorities, and act as a representative for the Founder in internal and external meetings
Impeccable command of written and verbal communication, capable of crafting board-level documents and delivering high-stakes messages internally.
