eCommerce Executive (Job Code: NSC000246)

Job Summary

We are seeking an eCommerce Executive for a D2C Wellness Brand.

Job Profile:

Order Fulfillment: Handle end-to-end order processing, tracking, and fulfillment from our website and other aggregator platforms.
Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate with major shipping aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure timely dispatches, manage RTOs (Return to Origin), and resolve transit issues.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across channels, update inventory in real-time, and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.
Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on sales, order fulfillment status, shipping costs, and returns.

eCommerce Executive Requirements:

1–2 years of core experience working with an e-commerce or D2C brand.
Strong hands-on experience running and managing Shopify, Unicommerce & Shiprocket dashboards.
Prior experience working with shipping and logistics aggregators to manage bulk orders and track dispatches.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (for data management and reporting).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to problem-solve logistics and operational hiccups quickly.
