Job Summary
We are seeking a B2B SaaS Sales Manager for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform.
Job Profile:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets through outbound sales strategies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and implement targeted sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive qualified leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of high-value opportunities, with a focus on closing deals valued at $50K+.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and PaaS sales.
- Strong experience in global sales with a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals ($50K+).
- Expertise in both inbound and outbound sales, with a particular focus on outbound strategies.
- Proven ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and PaaS business models and customer pain points.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Experience selling into multiple verticals and international markets.
