Job Summary


We are seeking a B2B SaaS Sales Manager for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform.

Job Profile:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets through outbound sales strategies.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive qualified leads through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of high-value opportunities, with a focus on closing deals valued at $50K+.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and PaaS sales.
  • Strong experience in global sales with a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals ($50K+).
  • Expertise in both inbound and outbound sales, with a particular focus on outbound strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and PaaS business models and customer pain points.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Experience selling into multiple verticals and international markets.
