Job Summary

We are seeking a HR Manager for a Global Book Publishing House

Job Profile:
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition across roles and functions
Oversee HR Operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and documentation
Supervise Payroll processing and coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with tact and professionalism
Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
Support leadership with HR strategy and workforce planning

HR Manager Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Human Resources
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline
Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams and driving HR strategy
Ability to align HR practices with business goals and organizational growth
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to shape and strengthen culture in a fast-paced, growth-driven legacy organization.
