Job Summary

We are seeking a Executive Assistant for a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.
Job Profile:
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel schedules
Coordinate with vendors, staff, and external stakeholders
Handle calls, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the executives
Track tasks, reminders, and deadlines
Assist in documentation, reporting, and basic admin work
Support during travel to Mangalore, Bangalore, and other locations
Maintain confidentiality in all business and personal matters
Executive Assistant Requirements:
Overall 6+ Years of experience Min
1–2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Background in admin, operations, or executive support
Experience supporting founders / senior leaders
Kannada / English communication preferred
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Willingness to travel as required
