Job Summary

We are seeking a Store Sales Executive for the flagship store of a wellness brand.
Job Profile:

Customer Engagement: Greet and engage visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Sales Excellence: Drive revenue by recommending tailored wellness solutions and upselling menu/product items.
Operations & Billing: Accurately handle cash and digital transactions; manage billing efficiently.
Expert Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product line (CBD, hemp nutrition) and cafe offerings (coffee varieties, food) to assist customers.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with timely replenishment.
Store Ambience: Ensure the store remains hygienic, organized, and compliant with our premium brand standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Store Sales Executive Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales (experience in luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality is a major plus).
Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada
Must be comfortable working the 2pm to 12:00 am on a 6-day work week.
Basic MS Office skills
