Procurement Executive (Job Code: NSC000172)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Executive for a D2C Wellness Brand.

Job Profile:

Plan and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid stock-outs or overstocking
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, pricing, timelines, and quality checks
Raise purchase orders and track deliveries through ERP systems
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inward, storage, and dispatch
Monitor inventory movement, consumption trends, and reorder levels
Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in ERP systems
Identify and resolve supply chain or vendor-related issues proactively

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory planning, or supply chain roles
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Tally, or similar)
Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and vendor management
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and planning abilities
Detail-oriented with high ownership and accountability
