Job Summary

We are seeking a Key Account Manager at UK for a Global Publishing House.
Job Profile:
Work closely with booksellers, chain stores and online book sellers in the UK market.
Establish publishing brands Wonder house books- children and fingerprint publishing-adult in the UK market.
Work closely and in coordination with exclusive distributor and stockist–Gardner books Ltd
Coordinate end-to-end order flow between distributors, retailers, and internal teams
Build and maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth
Monitor sales performance
Handle client communication, address concerns, and provide seamless support
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for internal teams
Key Account Manager Requirements:
3 to 5 years of sales experience in the publishing industry
Strong understanding of distribution channels, retail networks, and publishing workflows
Proven account management and client relationship skills
Ability to solve problems, negotiate effectively, and close business
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Self-driven, organised, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
