Job Summary
We are seeking a Regional Head Operations for a Series A funded Women’s Wellness Brand. (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana)
Job Profile:
Grow annual revenue of the Region from ₹7 crores to ₹150+ crores by end of year three. a. Lead operations & team at 50+ branded clinics in 40+ cities of India
Acquire & retain 1 million customers
Achieve EBITDA margin of 30% by the end of year three
Make each clinic profitable within 3 months from launch
Build top grade “operations” organization by end of year one
Hire 250+ people for EBO operations team by end of year three
Ensure consistency in customer experience across 1 million customers
Deliver monthly sales forecast reports that are 90% accurate
Develop standard operating procedures (SOP), operating manual and upskill training program to achieve clinic service excellence
Create customer centric service-focus organization culture
Requirements:
10+ years track record in operations with global EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlets)
Candidates with experience in EBO of healthcare, especially fertility or other chain of clinics preferred
Core skills required – Hustler & methodical in managing multi-city EBO operations and large teams
Has the knack to work directly with founders & investors
Ability to undertake PnL accountability. Thrives in an ambiguous business environment
