We are seeking a Techno-Commercial Sales Manager for a Global Bitumen Manufacturing Leader.
Job Profile:
Formulate and implement the detailed product marketing plan of the responsible region based on Strategic plan and business development needs of company to penetrate the market and planned business growth in Key Customer Segments.
Manage Key Accounts & keep a record of new projects awarded all India basis and get updates from regional sales team.
Managing all Techno commercial Activities including Pricing, Margins & Volume.
Responsible to develop effective B2B communication strategy in line with business goals for institutional clients.
Functions as a Brand Custodian to educate best practices, create differentiation, develop product category, increase visibility
Achieve sales target for the territory/area/ states for the BITUMEN segment
Key Retailers /contractors/ govt. bodies Coordination and also responsible for Increase sales area Wise.
Ensure achievement of territory /area/state sales objectives in line with the overall target
Build excellent relationship with NHAI, BRO & State government bodies like PWD, CPW, Contractors & consultants.
Facilitating in entering into MOU’s with Key accounts & key Projects
Engage and support sales team with techno commercial knowledge and support customer – Key Retailers Coordination
Experience leading and managing a team. Helping clients solve problems
Channel Marketing efforts to drive revenue from strategic partners
Digital Marketing, online marketing and Brand Management
Execute Below the line marketing activities
Maintain, Develop and update company Website
Email Marketing, Web Development, Social Platforms, Customer engagement and analysis
Spearhead brand building and customer acquisition through events, exhibitions, seminars, BTL & annual distributor conferences
Techno-Commercial Sales Manager Requirements:
BE-Civil (Must have)
10+ Years of relevant experience. Min 8 Years of technical product marketing experience
Target oriented, dynamic. – Analytical ability and negotiation skills.
Should be good in co – ordination related to Marketing/Branding, Planning as well Channel and Direct Sales, Monitoring Market Trends, Promotional activities.
Planning and Organizing- Market visits, Channel management, Brand visibility activities etc.
Should be good at communication(both Regional and English) and also profluent in drafting mails and preparing product related presentations
