Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff Nurse for a Wellness Center.

Job Profile:

Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine suitability for IV therapy.
Review patient medical histories and current conditions to tailor treatment plans.
Provide consultations and educate patients about the benefits and risks of IV therapy.
Prepare and administer IV infusions, ensuring proper dosages and formulations based on patient needs.
Monitor patients throughout the infusion process for any adverse reactions or side effects.
Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Observe and record patient responses during and after IV treatments.
Provide post-infusion care instructions and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
Manage patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of treatments and outcomes.
Assist with inventory management of IV supplies, medications, and other clinic resources.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest IV therapy techniques and protocols.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active nursing license in India.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with prior experience in IV therapy preferred.
Proficiency in IV insertion and management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
The staff nurse works in two rotational shifts : 10 am to 6 pm / 11am to 7 pm (Mon to Sat)
