Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Manager for a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup expanding their business reach globally.

Job Profile:

Lead raw material sourcing and vendor management.
Strategic Sourcing: Establish macro procurement strategies for raw materials to guarantee long-term operational continuity.
High-Value Negotiation: Lead critical negotiations regarding pricing structures, volume commitments, and risk management with major cooperatives and larger supplier hubs.
Ecosystem Expansion: Build and scale deep, trust-based ecosystems with farmer groups, expanding the brand’s geographic sourcing footprint.
Financial & Team Leadership: Oversee the department budget, monitor market fluctuations to safeguard margins, and mentor the procurement team to optimize bottom-line costs.

Procurement Manager Requirements:

MBA or any relevant education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Agribusiness Management.
5 to 15 Years of Procurement experience
Leadership experience in FMCG, Agri-Business, or companies managing robust supply networks directly with Farmers or Agri-Cooperatives.
Must be fluent in Kannada.
Open to outstation candidates only if they are fluent Kannada speakers
