Job Summary

We are seeking a Plant Manager for a leading Oil & Gas MNC

Job Profile:

Responsible for executing a EPCM project from feasibility stage to comissioning and handover.
Responsible for project Budget / CAPEX planning, schedule management, Risk Management
Ensure project complies with Clients HSE requirements and quality & Operations requirements
Ensure the project conforms to the approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
Prepare scope of work for EPCM Consultant, Manage multidisciplinary Basic & Detail engineering, Review documents
Schedule and resource management, Cost Control, preparing project procedures
Team Management, conduct weekly meetings, Monthly Project review meetings
Assist in preparing the Project Execution Plan covering objectives and priorities and the directives to be followed and constraints to be imposed on the design, procurement, Erection, and commissioning of the plant.
Develop the Consultants, vendors, and Construction contractors for a Greenfield Project
Prepare Procurement Tracking Register, Coordination with Procurement department for Tendering, participate in Vendor and Contractor Kick off meetings. Coordinate with EPCM Consultant.
Coordinate with Third party Inspection Agency and manage inspections, participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for Equipment’s as needed
Monitor construction work and Vendor work. Approve construction work progress and vendor work progress
Assist during commissioning and Handover of Plant to Operations.
Production experience will be an added advantage,
Experience on Bitumen Derivative Plants will be an added advantage

Requirements:

BE with Minimum 10 years of experience with Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Paint & Downstream Projects.
Good communication and Inter-personal skills. Ability to work collaboratively internally with all the teams
Should be able to manage & lead the Project independently,
Define Clear behavioural /technical competencies required to perform the job.
Good management, understanding of business and ability to develop good relationship with all stakeholders
