Job Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive for a funded B2B SaaS Startup.
Job Profile:
Own the end-to-end lead generation process — from identifying ideal customers to executing outbound outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, etc.)
Book high-quality demo meetings with decision-makers at global enterprise companies
Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns across verticals and regions (US & India)
Qualify inbound MQLs and transition them into SQLs through effective engagement
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and workflows
Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity logs, and performance reports in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Support in growing a healthy pipeline of $50K+ ACV opportunities
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or PaaS sales, with a strong focus on lead generation and outbound prospecting
Proven success in booking high-value meetings with enterprise clients globally
Deep familiarity with outbound sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in cold email and outreach
Experience selling into both US and Indian markets
Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced startup environments
Solid understanding of complex sales cycles, enterprise buying behaviour, and SaaS models
