Job Summary
We are seeking a Head of Partnerships & Business Development for a Series A Funded Women’s Wellness Brand.
Job Profile:
This is a P&L-linked leadership role. It is a BD + Monetization + Strategic Alliance role rolled into one.
Lead the setup of Diagnostic Partner Network and be directly responsible for generating revenue via partner commissions, value-added test bundles, and co-branded offerings.
Identify & onboard diagnostic chains with NABL/ICMR certification & regional/national footprint
Design diagnostic test packages aligned to the brands treatment protocols
Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and customer pricing models
Build MoUs, SLAs, and co-branded packages with diagnostic partners
Launch and scale Brand’s Authorized Diagnostic Locator on the website
Manage relationship health, partner performance, and revenue tracking
Requirements:
6–10 years in strategic BD / partnerships, ideally in diagnostics, healthtech, or pharma
Proven track record in dealmaking and monetization through partnerships
Commercial acumen to design win-win revenue models
Operational ability to build, track, and scale partnership programs
High ownership, bias for action, and structured thinking
Prior network or successful deals with diagnostic brands (e.g. Metropolis, SRL, Redcliffe, Neuberg)
Understanding of fertility and reproductive health testing protocols
Startup or 0→1 experience in a growth-stage org preferred.
