Job Summary

 

We are seeking a Head Expansion for a leading Wellness Brand.

Job Profile:

Grow the brands from 50 to 200 Clinics across 100+ Indian cities in the next 24 months.
Launch 150+ new clinics with precision, speed, and cost control.
Own the full cycle: from identifying properties in high-potential areas and to delivering a fully fitted, ready-to-operate clinic to the Ops team.
Design and refine a framework to assess city/area potential for new clinics based on demographics, demand signals, access, and affluence index.
Location & Property Sourcing
Identify high-footfall, central, easily accessible zones.
Build and manage a network of local brokers across India.
Shortlist 500–700 sq ft ground-floor retail spaces with strong frontage and clean entry.
Negotiate and sign rental agreements with favorable lease terms.
Project Handover & Fit-Out Management
Hand over site to contractors for interior fit-outs.
Project manage all stages of fit-outs: track timelines, intervene proactively.
Deliver project in under 30–40 days per location.
Ensure brand-standard compliance across design, layout, aesthetics.
Monitor and control CAPEX budgets, quality checks, and timelines.
Vendor, Compliance & Handover
Liaise with design, compliance, and procurement teams for smooth coordination.
Final handover of a ready-to-operate clinic to Operations without friction.

Requirements:

10+ years in expansion or business development for retail chains, IVF clinics, diagnostics labs, or hospitals.
Proven track record of launching 100+ EBOs or clinics across Tier 1–3 cities.
Hands-on experience in lease negotiations, contractor management, and retail operations.
Strong execution mindset, travel-ready (15–20 days/month), ability to juggle 20–30 projects simultaneously.
Strong network of brokers, vendors, and fit-out contractors across India.
