Job Summary
We are seeking a Founder’s Office Assistant for a D2C Wellness Brand.
Job Profile:
Manage the Founder’s daily schedule, calendar, and travel plans.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and events ensuring efficient time management.
Handle personal tasks such as bookings, errands, and purchases (gifts, essentials, etc.).
Support execution of ongoing business tasks—follow-ups, vendor coordination, and research.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain data as required.
Accompany the Founder for meetings or events as needed (travel readiness required).
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting a startup founder or senior leader.
Hands-on execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Workspace / MS Office tools.
Strong sense of ownership and reliability.
Male candidates preferred due to travel and extended work hours.
