Job Summary

We are seeking an Ecommerce Product Listing Manager for a Global Book Publisher.

Job Profile:

Team Leadership & Management
Lead, train, and manage a team of 4 product listing executives
Allocate work, monitor output, and ensure timelines are met
Maintain strict quality checks across all listings
Marketplace Listing Management
Manage product listings across platforms including: Amazon (India, US, UK, Australia), Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry and Blinkit
Ensure accuracy in: product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, categorization
Ensure listings meet platform-specific requirements
Metadata & Catalog Management (Core Responsibility)
Own and manage complete product metadata including: titles, descriptions, attributes, categories,
Ensure correct category mapping and attribute filling
Maintain consistency across all platforms
Ensure clean, structured, and error-free catalog data
Data Accuracy & Quality Control
Conduct regular audits of listings to identify: missing data, incorrect entries, duplication
Ensure high standards of data hygiene and accuracy
Take ownership of final listing quality before publishing
Website Listing Management
Manage product listings on the company website
Ensure all product information is accurate and updated
Maintain consistency between website and marketplace listings
Process & Workflow Management
Create and maintain SOPs for listing, updates, and corrections
Build structured workflows for bulk uploads and updates
Ensure smooth coordination between teams for timely execution
MIS & Data Tracking
Maintain product databases and listing trackers
Generate regular reports for internal tracking
Ensure proper documentation and version control

Ecommerce Product Listing Manager Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in e-commerce product listing / catalog management
Prior experience managing a product listing team
Strong experience handling large product catalogs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Strong hands-on experience in product listing on: Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, Blinkit
Deep understanding of product listing and metadata management
Experience with bulk uploads and catalog handling
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for data handling and tracking
Strong database and catalog organization capability
Extremely high attention to detail
Strong organizational and process management skills
Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
Strong ownership and accountability
Structured and methodical working style
