Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a Sustainable Packaging Startup

Job Profile:

Drive the brands digital strategy across web, social, email, and paid media.
Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, and email
Create and manage website content, blogs, newsletters, and ads
Execute social media strategies to boost brand presence and engagement
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital goals with business strategy
Stay updated on digital trends and tools

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
4–7 years in digital marketing roles (B2B/B2C)
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Ads, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
Preferred Background
Experience in FMCG, D2C, agribusiness or sustainability
Understanding of rural/agriculture-focused digital marketing is a plus
