Job Summary
We are seeking a B2B SaaS Sales Manager / Executive for a funded B2B SaaS Startup.
Job Profile:
Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to contract signing
Deliver tailored, high-impact product demos to decision-makers
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of $50K+ opportunities
Drive outbound and inbound sales motions across the US and India
Lead negotiations and close enterprise deals
Align closely with marketing and product teams to optimize strategy
Provide clear forecasting and pipeline updates to leadership
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities with existing clients
Requirements:
6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a product-led company
Proven record of closing high-value contracts ($50K+ and above)
Experience selling to global markets, especially the US and India
Exceptional communication and product demo skills
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles
Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Ability to work independently and execute against revenue goals
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and tailor sales approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS
Experience selling to enterprise clients and CXOs
Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies
