Job Summary
We are seeking an AM Plant Operations for a Leading Bitumen Manufacturer.
Job Profile:
Oversee daily production planning to achieve a performance efficiency target of 98%.
Deliver Supply Chain KPIs in line with the business plan and HSEQ performance targets.
Ensure timely maintenance and calibration of all applicable equipment as per the approved schedule.
Coordinate with the Site SCM team to ensure uninterrupted material supply and achieve the OTIF target of 90%.
Ensure quality product manufacturing while maintaining an efficiency target of 99%.
Implement plant-level HSEQ requirements, including reporting and compliance related to unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, NMD, HiPO, and other relevant observations.
Ensure availability of raw materials for plant operations without operational disruption, targeting 95% availability.
Ensure adherence to all administrative controls, security policies, and unit-level practices.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses and compliance with IMS and regulatory requirements.
Use SAP effectively for all relevant operational activities.
Optimize Opex within the maximum target for targeted production.
Conduct RM/PM mass balancing on a fortnightly and monthly basis and report to senior management with appropriate justification, targeting 100% accuracy.
Manage 1–2 direct reportees along with indirect reportees.
AM Plant Operations Requirements:
Engineering degree with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in the core chemical, petrochemical, or bitumen industry.
Strong knowledge of hazardous waste management, emergency preparedness, and response planning.
Must have good experience in production planning and plant operations.
Sound knowledge of plant equipment and machinery, SAP systems, and computer applications. SAP is a must
Excellent people management, supervision, and presentation skills.
Strong communication skills, technical competence, and a hands-on approach to manufacturing processes.
