Job Summary

We are seeking a AGM Operations for a leading furnishing brand.
Job Profile:
Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day business operations across the complete order lifecycle, including:
Purchase Order (PO) generation
DDE processing
Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
Stock updates in the Dealer Portal
Sales Order processing
Customer Care (CC) operations
Warehouse (WH) operations
Dispatch execution
E-Invoicing
Work closely with Warehouse Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
Ensure adherence to defined processes and system policies.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Coordinate with the SAP and Infinity development teams for system enhancements and new feature implementations.
Define project scope and business requirements.
Finalize business logic in consultation with stakeholders.
Manage implementation, testing, and user acceptance.
Ensure smooth deployment and stable transition into the production environment.
Manage master data for Fabric, Rugs, and Bedding businesses.
Maintain Customer Master, including pricing and discount structures.
Create and maintain Material Master records.
Maintain Domestic and Export Price Masters.
Manage product listings and content updates for the website, including Fabric and Store categories.
Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Coordinate with external vendors for fabric flat-shot photography required for the website and dealer portals.
Ensure timely availability of high-quality product images.
Coordinate with courier service partners to ensure smooth logistics operations and uninterrupted invoice generation.
Resolve operational issues related to shipping and dispatch.
Coordinate with payment gateway partners to ensure seamless online payment processing.
Troubleshoot payment-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and manage master data across the Dealer Portal and Mobile App
Administer and customize the Dealer Portal based on business and customer-specific requirements for both Domestic and Export markets.
Ensure system functionality aligns with evolving business needs.
Manage and maintain export-specific master data, including: Customer Item Mapping. HSN Code Verification, Export Pricing, Customer-Specific Price Lists
Support smooth execution of export order processing and related system activities.
AGM Operations Requirements
BE / BTech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related) and/or MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics) preferred
10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Production Planning and Control (PPC)
Mandatory exposure to the furnishing, textile, furniture, upholstery, or home decor manufacturing sector
Strong, practical working knowledge of SAP HANA
Proven track record in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and yield optimization
Strong leadership capability to manage plant-level PPC operations, direct cross-functional teams, set KPIs, and oversee vendor management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to align sales, procurement, production, and leadership teams
High digital literacy with experience leveraging advanced Excel, business intelligence tools, and modern analytics to drive supply chain visibility and process automation
