Fullstack Tech Lead (Job Code: NSC000263)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Fullstack Tech Lead for a funded Toy Subscription Platform.

Job Profile:

Own the technology roadmap: Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Hands-on development: Design and build features across the stack-Next.js, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Flutter.
Lead and mentor: Guide junior engineers, establish coding standards and best practices, conduct code reviews.
Transition management: Work closely with external agencies to transition codebases and knowledge in-house.
Cloud & DevOps: Oversee deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, etc.).
Product mindset: Collaborate with product, design and business teams to deliver delightful and reliable user experiences.

Fullstack Tech Lead Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with significant exposure to both frontend and backend.
Strong proficiency in Next.js/React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
Experience with relational databases-especially PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Flutter (or other cross-platform mobile frameworks).
Basic knowledge of AWS, Vercel, or other cloud hosting/DevOps platforms.
Proven track record of leading small teams or projects-mentoring engineers, establishing best practices.
Strong product thinking: ability to balance tech choices with business/user needs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
