Job Summary

We are seeking a B2B Field Marketing for an AI SaaS Solutions Provider.
Job Profile:
Design, run, and scale the brand’s events program across India and North America.
Own the full lifecycle of the event mix, from closed-door executive roundtables to tradeshow sponsorships to webinars with a bias for high-quality, senior buying audiences and outcomes tied to pipeline, not attendance headcount.
Closed-Door Executive Roundtables
Plan and execute roundtable program: invitation-only, senior-audience events in key US and India markets
Own end-to-end logistics: venue selection, attendee targeting and outreach, speaker and moderator prep, run-of-show, and post-event follow-through
Work with Sales and Marketing to keep guest lists pipeline-relevant, not just well-attended
Coordinate with co-hosts and external event partners (community orgs, industry networks) where applicable
Tradeshows & Sponsorship Programs
Identify, evaluate, and recommend sponsorship opportunities across US-focused enterprise SaaS and professional services conferences
Own the full sponsorship lifecycle: evaluation, logistics, on-site execution, lead capture, and post-show follow-up
Make sure Beacon’s presence at third-party events is worth the spend
Webinars & Virtual Events
Build and run Beacon’s webinar program: topic selection, speaker sourcing, promotion, production, and post-event distribution
Coordinate with content and demand gen to extend the shelf life of each session
Networking Mixers
Identify and run mixer opportunities, standalone or co-located with tradeshows, for target account and prospect audiences
Keep the guest list tight and the format purposeful
Cross-Functional Alignment
Work with Sales weekly to align event targeting to live accounts and pipeline gaps
Partner with ABM and demand gen so events plug into broader account programs
Report on pipeline and meetings generated, accounts influenced, and revenue impact
Requirements:
3–5 years of B2B SaaS or technology offline/field marketing experience
Proven track record running events across both India and North America markets
Hands-on experience with closed-door or executive-format events (not just large-scale conferences)
Strong project management: comfortable running multiple events in parallel without dropping anything
Experience owning vendor, venue, and partner relationships end-to-end
Familiarity with CRM and MAP tools (HubSpot preferred) for event tracking and attribution
Nice-to-Haves
Experience marketing to enterprise SaaS, delivery, professional services, or operations audiences
Familiarity with ABM platforms and account-level event targeting
Ability to write invite and outreach copy that gets senior buyers to show up
Experience coordinating co-hosted or co-branded events with external partners
Exposure to webinar production tools (Zoom Webinars, Riverside FM, Goldcast, ON24, or similar)
