Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for a Funded Sustainable Packaging Startup
Job Profile:
Coordinate order processing from receipt to dispatch
Plan and monitor dispatch schedules from the factory
Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
Follow up with logistics partners for shipment tracking
Maintain dispatch records and documentation
Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and sales teams
Prepare sales reports and MIS
Handle customer queries related to delivery and order status
Ensure proper invoicing and documentation
Support the sales team with quotations and order entries
Sales Coordinator Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / BBA
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of dispatch & logistics processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
