Job Summary
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for a Series A funded D2C Brand.
Job Profile:
Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV metrics.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital advertising.
Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring profitable
acquisition.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google and Meta platforms.
Proven success in driving growth for D2C or eCommerce brands.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including advanced tracking and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and attribution modelling.
Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.
Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics/reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
