Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee (Remote). The role evolves to a full time Talent Acquisition Role upon successful completion of the training.

Job Profile:

  • 3 months training for Talent Acquisition.
  • Learn every day and strive to be better than yesterday.
  • Responsible for hiring both tech and non-tech leadership talent for high-growth start-ups.
  • Understanding JDs, refining and posting on various job boards.
  • Talent sourcing and telephonic / e-meet screening.
  • Ensuring all trackers, ATS and MIS are updated daily.
  • Client coordination and servicing.

Requirement:

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate
  • We are looking for self-driven professionals who enjoy recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Must have a remote working set-up (Laptop, Internet, Mobile Phone)
  • This is a full-time role and will require the applicant to commit 9 hours a day.
