Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee (Remote). The role evolves to a full time Talent Acquisition Role upon successful completion of the training.
Job Profile:
- 3 months training for Talent Acquisition.
- Learn every day and strive to be better than yesterday.
- Responsible for hiring both tech and non-tech leadership talent for high-growth start-ups.
- Understanding JDs, refining and posting on various job boards.
- Talent sourcing and telephonic / e-meet screening.
- Ensuring all trackers, ATS and MIS are updated daily.
- Client coordination and servicing.
Requirement:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- We are looking for self-driven professionals who enjoy recruitment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Must have a remote working set-up (Laptop, Internet, Mobile Phone)
- This is a full-time role and will require the applicant to commit 9 hours a day.
