Job Summary


We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform

Job Profile:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in global markets.
  • Optimize and manage the entire marketing funnel to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Design and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and execute retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers and increase conversion rates.
  • Oversee and improve the performance of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer data and track lead generation performance.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns including content marketing, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and market trends to adjust marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and product collateral.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS (product-based) marketing, with a focus on high-growth environments.
  • Proven expertise in SEO strategy and execution, with a track record of increasing organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Strong experience in funnel building and optimizing the customer journey to improve conversion rates.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Deep understanding of retargeting strategies and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and best practices.
  • Experience managing global marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Understanding of competitive market dynamics in the SaaS and PaaS space.
