Senior Manager Finance (Job Code: NSC000148)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager Finance for a premium Hospitality Group.

Job Profile:

Oversee financial and management accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead business controlling and decision-making studies for new property investments
Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, budgets, and P&L forecasts
Partner closely with resort operations heads to monitor performance and financial health
Manage financial projections, capital budgeting, break-even analysis, and IRR computations for new resorts
Support long-term strategic planning and profitability improvement initiatives

Requirements:

CA or CA Inter, with 4+ years of overall experience (minimum 2 years in MIS)
Strong exposure to financial & management accounting, MIS, consolidation, and reporting
Working knowledge of GST and ERP-based systems
Strong analytical and decision-making ability
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
The Senior Manager Finance must have proven team management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
