Job Summary
We are seeking a Cluster HR Manager for a leading Hospitality Group.
Job Profile:
Recruitment and Selection: Identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for various roles within the cluster, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
Training and Development: Implementing and managing training programs for employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Compensation and Benefits: Managing salary structures, benefits packages, and other compensation-related aspects, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management systems, providing feedback to employees, and conducting regular performance reviews.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Organizational Development: Contributing to the overall organizational development and strategy of Sterling Holidays, including succession planning and workforce planning.
Legal Compliance: Ensuring that all HR practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
A graduate or MBA in HR or a related field is typically required.
6+ years of experience in HR with at least 3 Years of experience in the hotel industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Experience in managing a diverse workforce and working with unions is beneficial.
Must be currently based in Kerala or open to relocating
