Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Head for a funded fast expanding D2C Brand.
Job Profile:
1. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the enterprise/corporate gifting vertical aligned with company objectives.
Drive top-line revenue growth and profitability by acquiring new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and building long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities in corporate gifting, loyalty, and rewards programs.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business goals.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure continuous capability development.
Foster a results-oriented, customer-first culture within the team.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
Forge alliances with large corporates, HR heads, procurement managers, marketing heads, and CXOs for enterprise gifting solutions.
Collaborate with leading brands for co-branded gifting solutions and campaigns.
Develop strategic channel partnerships and reseller networks.
4. Sales Automation & AI-Driven Processes
Implement AI-driven tools and CRMs to automate lead generation, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
Leverage analytics and data-driven insights for forecasting, prospecting, and conversion optimization.
Introduce process automation to improve efficiency and scale operations.
5. Marketing, Branding & GTM
Partner with marketing teams to design and execute ATL/BTL campaigns targeting corporate clients.
Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to build brand presence in the corporate gifting space.
Conceptualize & drive collaborative campaigns with lifestyle and premium brands.
6. Client Relationship Management
Lead key account management for top enterprise clients.
Ensure seamless client servicing, order execution, and post-sales support.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in corporate/enterprise sales, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in enterprise/corporate gifting, B2B sales, customer retail sector.
Strong team management & leadership skills with ability to drive performance.
Deep knowledge of strategic partnerships, channel development, and large account management.
Exposure to sales automation tools, CRMs, AI-driven sales processes.
Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing and brand collaborations.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced D2C environment with entrepreneurial mindset.
