Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform.

Job Profile:

Lead strategic engagement with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives, product challenges, and AI transformation goals.
Own the product vision and roadmap for AI solutions across multiple clients and use cases.
Identify high-impact opportunities for integrating AI into client products using our platform/framework.
Drive solution design, including use case prioritization, system architecture inputs, and deployment strategies.
Translate client and business requirements into scalable product capabilities and platform enhancements.
Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI features.
Synthesize cross-client insights to influence and prioritize the long-term product roadmap.
Define success metrics and monitor post-launch performance to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Lead client-facing presentations, demos, and strategic workshops as a product expert.
Stay informed on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously refine product strategy.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building product best practices.

Product Manager Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, or data-driven products.
Proven experience owning and delivering complex products end-to-end.
Strong ability to work directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, platforms, and real-world deployment scenarios.
Demonstrated experience translating customer needs into scalable platform features.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile/product-led environments.
Ability to balance long-term product vision with hands-on execution.
