Job Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive for a Sustainable Packaging Startup.
Job Profile:
Communicate with domestic and international clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calls and inquiries.
Provide product information, pricing details, and respond to client queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for potential clients.
Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Preferred: Business, Commerce, or related fields)
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Freshers with excellent English communication are highly encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Basic knowledge of sales, CRM tools, and online communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
Proactive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
Good email writing and interpersonal skills
