Job Summary

We are seeking a HORECA Sales Manager with a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.
Job Profile:
Lead a Sales Team
Identify and onboard new clients across HoReCa, retail, institutional, and B2B segments
Drive revenue growth through effective field sales and market penetration strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B teams, purchase managers, distributors, and corporate clients,
Promote the brand’s product portfolio including fresh, frozen, and dry agri-products
Conduct daily field visits to generate leads and close business deals
Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of orders and client servicing
Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.
Strong experience in managing channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks will be an added advantage.
HORECA Sales Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
10+ years of experience in B2B Sales / FMCG / Food & Beverage / HoReCa / Field Sales
Strong Sales leadership experience
Proven experience in client acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management
Strong exposure to HoReCa or institutional sales channels is mandatory
Good network in regional markets will be an added advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and self-driven individual contributor
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel for field sales
