Job Summary

We are seeking a HORECA Sales Executive for a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.

Job Profile:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering services).
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, purchase heads, and decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
  • Promote the brands product portfolio (fresh/frozen/dry agri-exports) and introduce new SKUs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close profitable deals.
  • Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to generate and follow up on leads.
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies to improve market share.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, logistics, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards using CRM tools.
  • Ensure timely collections and credit control in alignment with company policy.

HORECA Sales Executive Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Must be fluent with both English and Kannada
  • Must have prior exposure to HORECA / FMCG / B2B sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales goals under deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client acquisition and meetings.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
