Job Summary

We are seeking a HORECA Sales Executive for a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.
Job Profile:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering services).
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, purchase heads, and decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
- Promote the brands product portfolio (fresh/frozen/dry agri-exports) and introduce new SKUs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close profitable deals.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to generate and follow up on leads.
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies to improve market share.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, logistics, and after-sales support.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards using CRM tools.
- Ensure timely collections and credit control in alignment with company policy.
HORECA Sales Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Must be fluent with both English and Kannada
- Must have prior exposure to HORECA / FMCG / B2B sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales goals under deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client acquisition and meetings.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
