Job Profile:

Operational Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable HR SOPs to standardize the entire employee lifecycle.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to ensure the workforce is unified and driven by the Company vision.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing HR department from the ground up.
Tech Integration: Lead the selection and rollout of performance tracking software to modernize talent management.
Culture Leadership: Act as the primary driver of organizational culture, ensuring values are integrated into daily operations.
Performance Frameworks: Oversee robust performance review cycles that prioritize accountability and professional growth.

Head People and Culture Requirements:

MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in HR and People & Culture management.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling HR departments from scratch within high-growth organizations.
Proven track record in building HR functions within growing organizations.
Direct experience implementing and managing performance software (SaaS).
Strong ability to translate high-level vision into tactical HR procedures.
Exceptional leadership skills with a “people-first” mindset.
