Job Summary

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a global book publishing house.

Job Profile:

Create visually compelling and well-illustrated book titles aligned with brand and market expectations
Collaborate closely with editors to convert content into engaging, age-appropriate, and globally relevant designs
Develop a strong understanding of reader preferences across Indian and international markets
Track market trends, competitor products, and emerging design styles to create globally competitive titles
Contribute to the creation of sales tools including catalogues, brochures, and promotional material as required by the sales team
Manage pre-press coordination and ensure print-ready accuracy and quality
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high creative standards

Graphic Designer Requirements:

3 to 4 years of Graphic Design experience
Relevant experience in book design
Experience in children’s publishing or illustrated formats preferred
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong aesthetic sense with a logical and creative approach to cover and layout design
Open to experimentation with formats, styles, and visual storytelling
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Clear communication skills and sound decision-making ability
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
