Job Summary

We are seeking a GM Regulatory Affairs with 10–18 years of hands-on experience with regulatory execution in the Healthcare / medical services

 

We are seeking a GM Regulatory Affairs for a Series A funded Wellness Brand.

Job Profile:

Front-face State FDA / Drug Control Authority inspections
Handle surprise, complaint-triggered, and routine inspections
Respond to and close inspection-led observations and notices
De-escalate issues before they become litigation, shutdowns, or media risk
Ensure license continuity during inspections and renewals
Create repeatable inspection-readiness and response playbooks
Train clinic teams on how to behave during inspections

GM Regulatory Affairs Requirements:

10–18 years of hands-on experience with regulatory execution in the Healthcare / medical services
Must have experience with multi-location clinics
Experience engaging with State FDA / Drug Control Authorities
Sound knowledge of Drugs & Cosmetics Act (including Ayurveda–Allopathy interface exposure)
Must have experience of direct handling of inspectors (not via juniors, consultants, or external counsel)
Multi-state inspection exposure (not single-jurisdiction depth)
Preferred exposure
Drugs & Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act (DMROA)
Clinical Establishments Act (multi-state variations)
Doctor registration and cross-state practice
Consumer Protection Act / Consumer Courts
ASCI health advertising compliance
Municipal health, fire, and biomedical waste regulations
Patient data protection & confidentiality
Lease and property legal diligence.
