Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a Global Book Publishing House.
Job Profile:
Act as the point of contact between the Director and employees, clients or any other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage the Director’s calendar, set up meetings, take meeting minutes and make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
Oversee and drive the performance of all team members while creating a productive work environment
Organise and update and maintain the office filing system and employee records
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, appointment letter and new hire guides etc
Address employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll/accounts department by providing relevant employee information
Executive Assistant Requirements:
Any graduate / postgraduate degree
4-5 years of relevant Executive Assistant (EA) or secretarial experience
Excellent English communication
Proven work experience in the role of HR Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Operations,
Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Knowledge of team management applications (e.g. e-calendars, Google Sheets etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong eye for detail
Discretion and confidentiality’s of utmost importance
