We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer for a leading Engineering firm to lead a diverse cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Governance.

Requirements

15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 8–10 years in a senior operational role (Chief Operating Officer, SVP – Operations, or similar).
Strong exposure to infrastructure, engineering, or related heavy-project industries.
Proven track record in managing integrated P&Ls exceeding ₹500 Crores.
Demonstrated success in both B2G and B2B business models with expertise in government tender processes and commercial negotiations.
Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and EHS functions.
