Job Summary

We are seeking  a Chief Executive Officer for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Business aiming for global expansion.

Job Profile:

• Focus on marketing and brand development of the factory for exports.
• Production: Upgrade the manufacturing unit to meet international quality standards (USFDA, CE, etc.).
• Strategic Sales Growth: Leverage domestic and international network to boost B2B sales in regulated markets such as North America, Europe and Japan.
• Product Innovation: Evaluate and revamp the current product line; ideate and launch new offerings in the pharma and medical equipment space.
• Regulatory Leadership: Drive licensing and certifications required for entry into regulated global markets.
• Production Excellence: Build and lead a world-class production team aligned to global compliance and quality.
• Market Development: Lead go-to-market strategies and brand positioning in global markets.

Requirements:

• Over 15 + Years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing in a PnL focused role.
• Must have proven experience in marketing and brand development across global markets.
• Strong network and relationships in domestic and international B2B healthcare sectors.
• Hands-on experience in scaling manufacturing operations to meet international quality norms.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes (USFDA, EMA, PMDA etc.).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something from the ground up.
