Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive for HORECA Sales with a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.
Job Profile:
Identify, approach, and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering services).
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets.
Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, purchase heads, and decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
Promote the brands product portfolio (fresh/frozen/dry agri-exports) and introduce new SKUs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close profitable deals.
Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to generate and follow up on leads.
Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies to improve market share.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, logistics, and after-sales support.
Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards using CRM tools.
Ensure timely collections and credit control in alignment with company policy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
3–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in HoReCa, FMCG.
Strong network in the hospitality industry is a must.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales goals under deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM tools is preferred.
Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client acquisition and meetings.
Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
