Job Profile:

Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and connect with key decision-makers in corporate marketing and communications departments.
End-to-End Sales: Respond to inbound inquiries, understand client needs, pitch tailored film solutions, and prepare winning proposals.
Campaign Management: Execute email outreach and lead generation campaigns to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of leads and client interactions within the CRM.
Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise between the client and our internal creative teams to ensure project alignment and total client satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

B2B Sales Manager Requirements:

2 to 3 Years of strong Sales Experience
B2B Sales experience preferred
Communication: Exceptional command over English (written and verbal) is a must.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and high-quality PowerPoint presentations).
Background: Experience in Digital Marketing/SEO agencies, Corporate Events, Advertising, or Video Production is highly preferred.
Mindset: A “hunter” instinct for sales combined with the “storyteller” heart to understand the creative process.
