Job Profile:

Channel Sales to A & A+ Category Dealers in Rajasthan & MP
Developing Sales Strategies, setting targets, increasing business scope and spectrum of services.
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing new Leads, Clients and Customers.
Develop dealer and distribution network and maintain relationship with them.
Achieving set targets and goals set for self and team by monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customers’ database.
Primarily responsible for initiating first level contact with existing and prospective customers.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to marketing strategies.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures, updating self on market trends and competitors sales and marketing strategies.
Collating and analyzing customer feedback and information from market research.

Area Sales Manager Requirements:

Experience 7 – 10 Years of relevant experience
Education MBA/ Post Graduate
Should have good contacts with Interior Designers/ Architects/ hospitality sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Window Blinds or Home Automation Organization.
Should have stable past career employment history.
Must know the Rajasthan B2B market well
Comfortable with 15-20 days travel in a month
MP market knowledge is a plus. And should be open to take care of MP 2-3 top dealers
Must have Bedding, Rugs, Blinds product category experience
