Job Summary

We are seeking a Video Editor and Motion Designer with 3–5 years in a professional studio for a  Public Relations firm.

Job Profile:
You will be the lead creator for Corporate & Brand Films:
Professional-grade interviews and internal culture videos.
Dynamic Social Media: High-retention reels, shorts, GIFs and trend-focused brand content.
Animations: 2D motion graphics and basic character-driven animations for product explainers.
End-to-End Post-Production: Handle the full workflow of video production, from ingesting raw footage and assembly to advanced colour grading and final delivery.
Advanced Motion Design: Create sophisticated Kinetic Typography and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines.
Character Animation: Animate 2D characters for explainer videos and social content to make brand messaging more relatable.
Audio Engineering: Perform professional sound editing, including noise reduction, equalization, and impactful SFX placement.
Quality Control: Ensure all exports meet technical specifications for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Corporate Displays).

Video Editor and Motion Designer Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years in a professional studio, agency, or corporate environment.
Software: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Familiarity with the broader Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) for asset preparation is expected.
Typography & Layout: A deep understanding of hierarchy and timing in Kinetic Typography.
Storytelling: The ability to take a loose brief or script and build a compelling visual narrative without constant supervision.
Bonus Skills: While not mandatory, experience with on-set shooting (camera/lighting) or pre-production (storyboarding/scripting) will be highly prioritized.
